Creative Specialist with a fine art background and 25 years of digital experience. I lead creative teams and create 360º omni-channel brand stories that engage consumers. I love what I do because I get to inspire and collaborate to produce successful creative solutions. 

As a designer with an arts background I am able to lead projects from conceptual ideation through to completion and analyze metrics to evolve the creative to achieve maximum results and conversion. I also am always pushing the limits on design and show strong leadership in this.

As a manager I am passionate about mentoring and empowering the team to grow their careers and skills within the company. I meet with each designer one-on-one bi-weekly to mentor, inspire and create development plans.
